Coaching Plans and Fees

I offer three different types of Online Life Coaching services, each assures your anonymity and confidentiality.

An online life coach is just as effective and powerful as a life coach that you meet with face to face. Because of the convenience and lack of geographic limitations, most life coaches are now meeting with their clients online without reducing or diminishing the effectiveness of the coaching.  

  

EMAIL COACHING -

$90.00 for 30 days. Includes:

• Unlimited email coaching for the duration of the 30 days.

Some people are more comfortable with being coached via email. It also allows for you to process your thoughts at your own pace, and at your own convenience. You will receive responses from me within 24-48 hours. In addition, you will be able to read back though the communications whenever needed for future reference.

ONLINE COACHING VIA IM (Gmail or AOL Instant Messaging) -

$130.00 for 30 days. Includes:

• Weekly chat session
• Unlimited email contact for the duration of the 30 day period.

$350.00 for 3 months ($40.00 savings!) Includes:

• Weekly chat session
• Unlimited email contact for the duration of the 3 month period.

There are no set time limits on the chat sessions. I do not coach with a stop watch! You will receive email responses from me within 24-48 hours.

Online coaching is the preferred method. It provides immediate feedback, and allows for the client to have flowing dialogue.

ON-CALL COACHING -

750.00 for 3 months. Includes:  

• Weekly chat session
• Unlimited email contact. You will receive responses from me within 24-48 hours
• Additional "emergency" chat sessions upon request. (within 1-12 hours)
• Phone Text Support for immediate scheduling
• Phone text sent to you for accountability followups to help keep you focused. (text i.e. Have you completed what we discussed for today?) 

I accept payment through Paypal, for secure online purchasing. Alternative payment method is available upon request.
